Keys are issued by ProofLayer institution admins and can be scoped for direct checks and bulk processing.
The key stays in local storage on this browser to speed up repeat verification.
Key required
Enter a valid `plv_...` API key to enable the workspace.
Verify by credential ID
Use a ProofLayer credential UUID when your system already stores the issued record identifier.
Verify by document hash
Compare a SHA-256 document hash without sending any private holder or student record fields.
Bulk CSV verification
Use `credentialId` or `documentHash` columns. Exported reports keep outcome and risk flags aligned row-by-row.
